* Projects submitted by governmental bodies and organizations as far as they are in line with the foundation's objectives and fields of work.

* Initiatives submitted by the foundation along with its partners and linked them with associations or social organization or rather totally oversee its implementation.

3-Significance and deep impact of the project.

4-Empowerment Brought About by the Project.

5-Sustainability of the Project’s Impact.

6-Clarity of the Projects Assessment Indicators and Evaluation.

5-Depositing the First Installment in the Party’s Account.
